Analyzed the water and energy saving projects used in all 7 Pepsi plants in Egypt
Created a standard using the Lean Six Sigma methodology that is expected to reduce Pepsi plants’ energy and water waste annually by 5% which is equivalent to 25,000 USD over a 5-year time frame
